Riata was born out of passion and industry experience. Tim Hurlbut (President) has been a motorsports enthusiast for many decades. The car passion runs from collectible and fun 4-wheel toys to hard edge track weapons where driving 10 /10ths is the order of the day. 

Tim’s day job of 30 plus years was always sales, business development & software. Tim’s long time racer buddy and motorsports professional is Shawn Stewart (Director of the Unites States Motorsports Association).

Riata is about supporting the Grassroots racing industry and bringing applications and services to the Grassroots’ racer.
